Our mission is simple - Make fitness easy, fun, and affordable for every body. Our training programs are not a cookie cutter workouts. Since no two clients are the same, we customize and modify workouts to match your needs and goals. We use a fuctional way of training. There are no machines in our studio so we are forced to use body weight, kettlebells, dumbells, TRX, cardio and many other things to get you to your goal.

TCore Fitness is family-owned and operated in Philadelphia, PA. Since opening in 2006, we've treated every client like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch.
Wakeup and Workout

Tyler is a certified personal trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Aerobics Association International (AAAI) and is qualified to teach strength training, core conditioning, boot camp, BOSU, kick boxing, Allegro Pilates Reformer, stretch training, nutrition, and weight loss strategies.

Tyler's health and fitness background includes a past football career. He was a four-year starter and a pre-season All-American and All-Conference defensive end at Virginia Union University. In addition, James played for the Arena Football League (AFL).
